Sam Taylor’s Wellness Drink Recipe

Fitness Coach, Sam Taylor, was in the studio today and gave the recipe for a easy to make wellness drink. This drink will help with weight loss, reverse cardiovascular disease, reverse arthritis and strip the fat out of the body, per Sam Taylor.

The recipe is as follows:

  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1 cup of warm alkaline water or green tea
  • 1 tablespoon of raw or organic apple cider vinegar
